Learn K-1 style kickboxing at Ark Wave MMA. Our adult kickboxing classes in Carol Stream, IL focus on boxing combinations, kicks, knees, defense, and technique, helping beginners and experienced students develop their stand-up skills.
Connect stance, footwork, balance, and distance with practical striking. These striking classes build a foundation that also supports MMA striking, with controlled sparring available to invited students.

Class schedule
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 6:00–7:00 PM. Wednesday, 6:00–7:00 PM, is invite-only kickboxing sparring; it is not a drop-in or free-trial class.

Your first class
Book through the adult free-trial form and our team will help you select a regular kickboxing class. Ask about gloves and other gear before your visit. Sparring participation requires an invitation.
